The Journey of Boom is a 90-minute documentary exploring the identity, history, art, livelihood, and culture of Filipinos in the Top 20 countries with the most Filipino immigrants. Boom sets on a journey to collect stories from the first generation of Filipino immigrants to generation Z, backdropping a montage of life experiences surrounding the Philippine diaspora, with modern and urban animation.

The Journey of Boom is primarily a movement. It makes Filipinos realize what sets us apart--from being scattered in over 7,000 islands, to the challenges we face as a nation. It aims to dismantle the idea that Filipinos should blend in and try to achieve ideals of other cultures. Instead, we should embrace what sets us apart and start seeing our worth, not from other nations, but from our perspective.
At the end of this journey, we take a look at how everything leads back to family, in that the values embodied in every Filipino household, solidifies our identity as Pinoys no matter the distance.
